Restorative Reformer
Experience deep relaxation and gentle strength-building with a Restorative Pilates Reformer Session. This session is designed to help release tension, improve posture, and support your body’s natural healing process through slow, mindful movements and breathwork. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress, or simply looking for a nourishing practice, this personalized session will leave you feeling more aligned, balanced, and refreshed.
Somatic Yoga
Somatic Yoga is a gentle, intuitive practice that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and deep body awareness to help release physical and emotional tension and relieve pain. Rather than focusing on perfect postures, these sessions guide you to explore movement from within, helping you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of ease and flow.
Flexibility + Mobility
This private session is a gentle, somatic-based yoga practice designed for older adults who want to move with ease, confidence, and vitality. With minimal floor transitions, we focus on mobilizing the joints and spine, strengthening the core, and enhancing balance while increasing flexibility. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you’ll cultivate strength, endurance, and a sense of inner harmony. No matter your age, you have the power to improve mobility and bring greater balance to your body and life.
60-minute sessions are offered at $75 and up.
