A little about my story...

I started on my spiritual path after experiencing deep burnout from the demands of the corporate world. I was a stressed, anxious, and overworked financial professional in Los Angeles, living a very fast-paced lifestyle that left me emotionally drained and disconnected. I often cried on my way to work and numbed myself with wine and Netflix at night. My nervous system was dysregulated and I was merely surviving—moving through each day on autopilot.

Everything changed when I discovered yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and movement therapy. These practices became the gateway to my healing journey, helping me find deeper meaning and connection to life. I began investing in myself, continuing my education, and healing both physically and mentally. Over time, I wove together everything I learned about the ways movement can heal and transform into my own signature approach. Now, it is truly my greatest honor to be able to share this work with you!

Throughout my personal healing journey, I have experienced profound transformation by embracing a slower, more intentional way of living.

My passion lies in helping people feel grounded and connected to themselves amidst the demands of their busy lives—finding balance through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and other holistic modalities.

In a world that often pushes us to do more and go faster, my mission is to inspire you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and shift towards a more conscious and intentional way of living—helping you to cultivate greater clarity, peace, and fulfillment in all aspects of your life.

I created this community to help provide a safe and nurturing space where we can learn, grow, and heal together on this journey toward holistic well-being.

I believe that restorative movement and mindfulness are powerful tools for restoring balance and healing!

I have experienced how these practices can help people to relax, reduce stress, and connect with their inner wisdom.

My approach combines the healing power of slow, repetitive movement with breathwork and mindfulness techniques to create a unique and rejuvenating experience for my clients.

When you attend a restorative movement session, I will guide you on a journey back to yourself—helping you release tension, realign your body, and find balance within.

During my sessions, I use various techniques, such as mindfulness and breathwork, to help you relax and bring you back into a state of balance and harmony. I will also help guide you to identify and release any energetic blockages that may be preventing you from achieving your fullest potential!

By the end of the session, you will be left feeling rejuvenated and more connected to your body. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, or a sense of inner calm, my restorative movement sessions are perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, release tension, increase mindfulness, and reconnect with their body.

I believe that everyone has the power to heal themselves. Our bodies hold so much wisdom, and my restorative movement sessions are designed to help you tap into that wisdom and learn to move better, feel better, and live better.

Through my work, I create a safe and sacred space for my clients to tune inward, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.

My healing sessions will help you release tension, quiet the noise of the outside world, and tune into the wisdom that already resides within you.

This work is about shifting your energy, restoring balance, and helping you come back into alignment. It’s about creating a deeper connection with yourself.

SUPER FUN FACTS

I was born in Hawaii and lived in LA for several years before moving to Minnesota.

My favorite place in the world is Maui, but I suspect my future travels will lead me to fall in love with Australia and Ireland.

I love rearranging my furniture at least a few times a year, and I’ll rearrange yours too!

I started dance lessons at the age of 7 and continued to study dance and Kinesiology into my college years, eventually leading me into the realm of Yoga + Pilates.
