Community Education Classes

I offer ongoing Pilates classes through our local Community Education program, designed to provide clear instruction, thoughtful progression, and accessible strength-building for a wide range of bodies.

Foundations: Beginner Mat Pilates

A structured introduction to Pilates fundamentals. We focus on breath, core connection, posture, and foundational movement patterns that support strength and stability from the ground up.

Designed for beginners or anyone returning to the basics with more intention.

Workshops + Special Series

Throughout the year, I offer workshops and short series that explore specific themes in greater depth, including mobility, strength progression, and skill development on the mat and Reformer.

These sessions allow for:

  • Slower, more focused work
  • Detailed instruction
  • Exploration of specific goals or populations

In Development

I’m currently developing additional programming focused on strength-based Pilates and accessible training for populations who may not traditionally see themselves reflected in Pilates spaces, including men who are new to the method.
